Over seven carefully curated days, discover the legendary wines of Barolo and Barbaresco, explore medieval villages, taste the culinary specialties of Alba and experience the extraordinary vineyards of Chianti Classico and Montalcino.

Along the way, enjoy private cellar visits, exceptional wine tastings, memorable regional meals and beautiful countryside hotels. THE JOURNEY

DAY 1 — TURIN TO PIEDMONT

Arrive at Turin Airport, where your Grand Escape begins. Private transfer to the hotel. Travel south into the beautiful rolling hills of the Langhe and settle into your countryside hotel. In the evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a welcome aperitivo and dinner accompanied by local Piedmont wines.

DAY 2 — BAROLO & SERRALUNGA D'ALBA

The King of Italian Wines

Discover the heart of Barolo wine country, exploring medieval villages and some of Piedmont's most celebrated vineyard landscapes. Enjoy a traditional regional lunch before visiting a renowned Barolo producer for a private cellar tour and guided tasting.

DAY 3 — ALBA & BARBARESCO

A Taste of Piedmont

Explore the charming streets of Alba with a local guide and discover the culinary traditions that make this region so special. DAY 4 — PIEDMONT TO TUSCANY

Leave Piedmont behind and journey south into Tuscany. Discover the wines and striking architecture of a celebrated Chianti Classico estate, followed by lunch overlooking the vineyards. Continue to the beautiful Tuscan countryside, your home for the next three nights.

DAY 5 — MONTALCINO & BRUNELLO

Journey into the heart of Brunello country and discover the historic hilltop town of Montalcino. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

& PAYMENT

Reserve your place with confidence.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on this Grand Escape. Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge until December 15th, 2026, with your deposit refunded in full.

Our Italy Grand Escape is designed for an intimate group of 10 to 14 guests. On December 15, 2026, we will confirm the departure once a minimum of 10 travelers has been reached.

Following confirmation of the tour, a second payment of 25% will be due.

The remaining 50% balance is due two months before departure.

If the minimum number of travelers is not reached and Sphere Grand Escapes is unable to operate the tour, all payments made to Sphere Grand Escapes will be refunded in full.
