1. Services Provided

We provide travel-related services, including but not limited to booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel arrangements. All services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities while using our website.

3. Booking and Payment

• Quote request: By submitting a quote request, you are requesting an offer to purchase travel services, which we may accept by sending you an itinerary with quote or reject at our discretion.

• Payment:  A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made through the methods specified on the invoice. Arrangements will only be made after we received the 25% deposit payment. 

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which is detailed on the offer we will send you.

• Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation conditions outlined on the offer.

 

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to bookings must be requested through our customer service. Additional fees may apply. 

 

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our service fees.

 

7. VZR Garant

In order to meet its statutory obligation to provide a guarantee, Sphere Grand Escapes makes use of the guarantee scheme provided by VZR Garant (www.vzr-garant.nl/en). You can check that this is the case by visiting VZR Garant’s website and verifying that Sphere Grand Escapes is listed as a participant. VZR Garant’s guarantee applies within the limits of its Guarantee Scheme (which can be found on VZR Garant’s website). All of the tours offered on our website, are covered by VZR Garant. If services are not provided due to the financial insolvency of Sphere Grand Escapes, you can contact VZR Garant, which has its offices at Torenallee 20, 5617 BC Eindhoven, Netherlands, by sending an email to info@vzr-garant.nl or calling +31 (0)85 13 07 630.

8. Liability Limitations

We act as an agent for various suppliers and service providers. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or changes in itineraries.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sphere Grand Escapes or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
